Standard performance warranties in the industry cover 90 % over 10 years and 80 % over 25 years. However, it is not just output that counts, but also its continuity. This is why Suntech offer a leading, transferable power output warranty which is ideally graduated: 95 % over 5 years, 90 % over 12 years, 85 % over 18 years and 80 % over 25 years. Result: You gain up to 6.7 % higher output guaranteed throughout the life cycle of the installation.
Positive Power Tolerance

Enhanced Weak Light Performance
Module output under laboratory conditions usually does not reflect actual output once the module is installed on the roof. As soon as the first ray of sunlight shines on the module, initial light induced degradation (LID) can reduce the efficiency of a module to a level below its nominal output. The Suntech TruPower™ process takes account of the effects of LID in the definition of nominal output. The Suntech method neutralizes LID and customers have at least 100 % of the power that they pay for from the very first day. Result: Guaranteed nominal power with Suntech modules.
